Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well-being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations and offer the following payment options:

Payment in Full

A courtesy discount is given for direct payment in full at the start of treatment by cash or for credit card full payments.

Office Payment Plan

We will estimate, to the best of our ability, your out-of-pocket expense and divide your balance over the treatment time. For example, if your treatment would require four visits to complete, 1/4th will be required when we make the initial appointment and 1/4th at each visit. Does NOT apply to orthodontic treatment.

For orthodontic treatments (use our id 59908)

12 months, $1,000 minimum
18 months, $2,000 minimum
24 months, $3,000 minimum

For general dentistry (use our id 57300)

3 months, $300 minimum
6 months, $500 minimum
12 months, $1,000 minimum
18 months, $2,000 minimum

Longer terms are available with interest. *No interest applies when loan is paid by end of term.

Please ask us about the plan that works best for you. Approval for loans must be completed before the work begins.

If for any reason your benefits do not cover the estimated amount, it becomes your obligation.
