The Smile Salon rewards their loyal patients with the opportunity to have an affordable, beautiful, bright, white smile for life.

For a one-time enrollment fee of $99.00, we will fabricate custom bleaching trays, and provide 6 tubes of whitening gel in a take-home kit. When you come for your recare (preventative) appointments, we will give you 2 tubes of gel, if you need it, for LIFE!

All we ask from you is the commitment to maintain your dental appointments as recommended by your Dentist and Hygienist and the courtesy of giving our office a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule an appointed time. In order for The Smile Salon to continue to provide exceptional services like our Bright for Life Program [this "Bright for Life Program" text is bold] for our patients, we need for you to value our time as we value the opportunity to help you have a lifetime of bright smiles.

You will be given the cast models that are used to fabricate your custom trays. If your whitening trays ever need to be replaced, replacements can be made for a charge of $30 if you provide the models or $50 if impressions need to be made again.

If you have already had the BriteSmile one-hour whitening treatment at our office you may enroll in the program for an enrollment fee of $50 and still get additional bleaching gel to keep your BriteSmile looking bright and gorgeous.
